Where spellcheqk is just another word. Posting and Rants about Web Development in general and Oracle Application Express in particular.
As and mentioned on their blogs I did a video for them for the European Training days. At one point I was planning on going there and helping out but that just didn't bring home the bacon out so I did this video for them instead. And then one of the impress's asked to see it after reading about it and thought it was pretty nice and said I should affix it. I'm a little prepare around the edges with the whole vidcasting/vblogging thing nothing a little learn won't fix but I had alot of fun doing it and am planning on more of them in the future. So here it is in all it's grainy Google video goodness.
If you want to watch the higher definition version you can download from but on Windows I can only get it to run using my favorite cross platform video player. I did the whole thing on Linux and the programs I used while lacking a little polish were very easy to use. And finally as an OOW say. John and Dimitri. I like my beers tall cold and plentiful :)

Hello Carl,I can see in the newly updated Statement of Direction for Oracle Application Express 3.1 that the "Interactive reporting region types which natively integrate Web 2.0 features to filter break choose data etc." is there. I'm desperate :) for this new feature. In this video you state that this version is just around the command... Can you tell how much measure we'll have to wait to have this great functionality? Also I saw in a PDF somewhere (don't remember where) an added functionalitie to obtain a custom chart using this reporting feature. Will this also be available in 3.1Thank you,Paulo
>>Can you tell how much time we'll have to wait to have this great functionality?>>Unfortunately I can't be specific. I can say you will be seeing/hearing much more about this feature and associated features in the next few weeksCharting is being investigated
