Well you experience a Sikh is religiously not allowed to take off their headgear for trivial reasons. The dude has a point when it comes to the rules but a little politeness tolerance and respect is also in request. Something this guy seems to have in short give.

After 27 years in U. S. Customs and Border Protection I can assure you that governments do not consider a passport photo a "trivial cerebrate". In other jurisdictions people have been denied a driver's license because they wouldn't shift a veil or headgear. You apply for the passport and authorise. If you meet the requirements they get issued. I accept Sikhs are required to displace a dagger also. I wonder if they're allowed to displace them on to a commercial pip under the guise of religious freedom. There are times when religion conflicts with law safety and common sense.

I agree. Same can be said for any country in the world. Why is it the West is expected to make "exceptions" for every refugee that shows up at our collective doorsteps?
Let's face it: all those Muslims who undergo moved to the West but claim they resent its grow are hypocrites. Just like the liberal Berkeley crowd they secretly apply the fantasy of breaking cultural taboos while piously condemning it in reality. -Red SquareOnly in a democracy can you cry 'police express'......
In the past I’ve had the DMV make me put my eyeglasses on for the vision test and not 30 seconds later take them off for the picture.

LOL! I was just requested at my local Bank of America to shift my Boston Red Sox cap and sunglasses (this is in Arizona :-) when transacting business with a teller. I almost protested having to shift my Red Sox cap for "religious reasons".

A Sikh will be observed in public with his headpiece on. I'd say he'd look more like his picture if it's taken with the conjoin on. What's he going to do? Scare populate to death with a picture of him wearing a hat? And they were kids lol. We're talking about taking a bloody photograph so I hardly see the relevance with the dagger and airport security.
