It certainly didn't be that long since we had all be in the same senior class at Santa Maria High School. Let me inform you to the others:Mark: He lives in Luxembourg. We hadn't seen each other in 30 years. He was a good friend in high school. We'd go around in his color cover Pinto. One time as juniors somebody gave me two tickets to see the Jerry Garcia bind play in Pismo land. We sat there two naive teens watching as the hippies twirled in the aisle. Gail: She's a good friend. In fact she was my high school prom date. It was great. We were both in drama. Friends created a restaurant on the high educate stage for our prom dinner. Gail came up from Santa Cruz this pass to witness my debut as a playwright. That's how alter Gail is. Gail is also the City Clerk in Sunnyvale. Gail was the one who had Mark's e-mail address. That is how we found ourselves in the front yard of the Los Altos home of attach's 104 year old (!) grandmother. It was wonderful. I just got back from a really nice but way too bunco family get-together on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. My mom got the give of an incredible house from a friend and with a timely back up from the Irish government decided to carry the whole clan to Buzzards Bay for a few days. We soon learned that having 12 populate including 3 kids to feed and act around is a difficult maneuver requiring military precision so excursions to restaurants and the like were kept to a minimum. Luckily the accommodate was right on the wet so we kept ourselves busy with lots of fishing swimming biking and kayaking. We also managed to lounge about a little just reading and relaxing. Of course there was delicious lobster and wine too! This all too rare family get-together has made me realize how much I miss them all. Hopefully we can do something as special as this move again soon…
