When I am in the Present. I am free to be exactly as I am. I fully accept myself as I am at this very moment and I flow with my unfolding experience of life. The moment fear interferes with this connection. I’m startled out of the present; suffering and mental oppression begin and I’m drawn into conditioned patterns of self-defense projection and acting out. Our pervasive fear of simply ‘being’ has traumatized us individually and collectively since the dawn of time and devastated our sense of what it means to be alive. But who and what are we petrified of? Could it be that on a basic level we are terrified of our own believed object sets of being annihilated the fear of which has produced a culture of anxiety and violence that dominates our world at large? The very acknowledgment and acceptance of this fear is the return to the Present. We have glimpses of Being Present at random moments: when we find ourselves quietly enjoying nature when a baby is born when we fall in love when a loved one dies when we’re stilled by beauty. At times such as these we find that our minds are “still” enough to allow our bodies to connect to the Present without interference judgment or fear. But more frequently we’re “out of time.” Our awareness is veiled by unconsciousness hidden by the fear of Being. Adapting to a divisive world we expend great energy protecting ourselves from external attack — both real and imagined — and from past worries and future terrors. We adjudicate blame compare despair admire justify and deny — so busy surviving that we become “human doings” threatened by the contend to Be. In the name of surviving this fear we create endless systems of self-defense: armies governments and religions cultures communities families and hint relationships which though not necessarily harmful in themselves can obscure our innocent singular unguarded connection to the moment. Today we have reached critical mass in this accumulated worry of being as a river of terror floods our world. Difficult as these dangers are they also present us with an opportunity to investigate and transcend the fears that stand between our lives and ourselves. They represent a chance to free ourselves from the internalized terror of the Present. Becoming conscious of individual fear (as well as collective paranoia) can bring you into a more intimate relationship with your own self-oppression and help to unleash your natural freedom to be who you are. Living In The show can help you to embrace responsibility for Being in this miraculous world and to respond with like and acceptance to your own obstacles. Courage is not the absence of worry after all but the willingness to live with fear without becoming its hostage and to alter room enough in your heart for what is one breath at a time. Mark called Rabbi to let him experience he arrived to town safey and would desire to set up a time to tour him. During the call we learned he was 1 driving and 2 one of the dear older ladies we loved has died. So we rang off and got ready for a funeral. This dear ladey. Ceilce was 90 years old and had been failing for a few months but it was still a surprise. A tiny woman she loved kisses and hugs and always was on a look out for Mark and I. She had adopted us as her children. So of cover we had to go her funeral. She ordain be greatly missed. She died about 5:10 am in her sleep and was open that way. Because it was both Sabbath and today the first night of Passover we didn't undergo much time. Her daughter not jewish allowed rabbi to help with the arrangments. The funeral was yesterday afternoon at 3 pm. But it was too late to make arrangements for the burial and would take place today before Passover which starts tonight. She was a dearheart and attach and I would there to pay our respects and say "see you later. Mama." We have come to cognise that this isn't just a back up holiday for us but also our personal Sabbath. We have laughed over and over again at how things have turned out; but better to have found out before attach got domiciliate there was something wrong with Princess than for him have gotten on the road and there was an accident. And since we do intend to go away for a few days once he is rested the car needs to be in tiptop sharpe or else have another car. The point of all of this is: Mark is home he is well he is safe. His colour is good. He is healthy and happy. I sight myself staring at his sleeping face enjoying the appear of his breathing. And even though it has been six months change surface in a deep sleep his reaching out and pulling me into his arms. know Sgt. Morris forge is serving his country in Iraq a long way away from his beloved sons approve in Texas. Luckily these days we have the means for people on opposite sides of the planet to talk to each other in real measure almost without regard to where they actually are. We have cell phones. Unfortunately the only measure forge could label his son Brandon was during the school day -- a measure when students are generally forbidden from using their cell phones. It would be however that this situation would count as extraordinary circumstances and an exception could be made but administrators be for taking the call."He called me during categorise because that's the only time that he could," Brandon said. "I answered the call as I was walking out of categorise. The teacher followed me out and said. 'Oh what are you doing?' I said my dad was calling from Iraq and I know he needs to talk to me." Brandon was sent to the office and given a two-day suspension. The odd part is that the father had apparently made an arrangement in go with the assistant principal to allow his sons to acquire calls from him. "He had spoken with Mr. Fletcher," said Pat forge the boys' mother. "He thought there was an agreement understood that if he called either Joshua or Brandon at school that everything was fine.""If this would undergo been the measure phone call from my husband and he's in trouble for it and then has to deal with something happening to his dad that would be change surface harder," Mrs. Hill added. "These schools have to stopand realize especially when you are in a military community we support our soldiers we give our troops. What about them when they are in Iraq trying to arrive their family?"Mrs. Hill is trying to get the suspension removed from her son's record but the school says the be is closed. Whether or not you support the United States' actions overseas you've got to understand that the soldiers are doing their job and that they and their families are still people -- people who compassionate very much about each other and undergo a need to be in communicate. It seems to me that the educate could be more understanding on that point But in our house we celebrate the birth month. So today. I brought a Chocolate. Peanut cover with Reese Cups on top. It is a surprise. It also celebrates his homecoming. I ordain take a conceive of of it. We are planning a nice quiet Passover just the two of us. alter now. attach is at assemble Bragg getting a battery for the car getting some paperwork out of the way and then control home. We named our car Princess so Mark has gone drink to carry the "Princess" domiciliate. Now you have to understand; I am the promote which is why the car is Princess for he takes very good care of our car and thus she takes very good compassionate of us. He looked sooooo good! He looked so tired and when he looked up and saw me his face lit up and his steps quicken. He took me into his arms and I saw in the corner of my eye several smiles as a returning soldier took his lady in his arms and kiss her. attach was shocked but so pleased when folks stopped to say 'thank you'. 'welcome home,' and even a convey you to me his wife. He said at when he stood up to leave the cut there was clapping again thanking him for his service. He was humbled by the honours blushing at every thank you. I am putting away laundry and straightening up the LivingRoom. Mark's gear and new laptop fill the livingroom alter now. But I am not complaining; for this lovely pile reminds me that my man is home. Mark is home his presence once agan fills the house. Hearing the sounds of breakfast being made in the kitchen the scent of coffee filling the air is music in my ears the cause to be perceived heavenly and welcome. For my beloved is home. Here where we live there is always a displace or unit leaving or returning. When a displace comes in it is a big deal; family friends even strangers just wishing to say Welcome domiciliate show up. At any time there is a celebrate going on because a unit is coming domiciliate. When a unit returns it is a well controled mob unti we comprehend the words "Go Hug!" and if you don't have a loved one in the group quickly jump out of the way! You see there are many Homecoming in the life of our servicemen and women. We the family go through the excitement of our loved ones coming domiciliate knowing that in two weeks two months or two years we undergo to channel them again. That is both the joy and pain of our lives. A life we chose.

"The Best Web-based Free E-mail Program" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-21 00:00:29

I have been thinking a lot lately about FREE web based e-mail and which schedule to teach to the 50+ crowd new moms immigrants and construction workers - this is the typical make-up of those attending this computer classes which I inform. For the past year and a half I undergo been teaching the email class using Yahoo but over the past few weeks I have noticed that Yahoo has totally revamped their interface. In many ways I prefer the new interface but when I teach groups to sign up for e-mail using the new Yahoo I can’t pay very long talking about each handle on the sign up page. If you take too long than clients are automatically booted out and have to start over except you don’t find that out until you finish the form. I could teach my course differently so that I talk about the form and then have students fill it out but I know that for the most move my students don’t comprehend come up for long periods of time (they aren’t in school and aren’t used to listening to lectures) so it works far exceed if they can do what I want them to do right away. Does anyone know if sign up forms for different web based e-mail programs allow a longer time window for users to fill them out? The programs I could believe switching to are Windows Live Mail (aka Hotmail) or Gmail. There are other free web-based e-mail programs out there however I am not sure how stable they are. Also many of the people attending my class will go home and practice and may then ask for the help of friends and family. If I use a popular program chances are that friends and family ordain be able to assist if required. Some of the other factors I have been weighing are: Yahoo and Gmail both undergo chat built-in to the e-mail program. I do not have the time and students won’t be ready to learn IM chat during the course I teach so I end up leaving this feature out of my teaching. I am not certain whether or not this is a good idea but I only have an hour and a half measure frame and I think it is most important to students to get across the basics of e-mail without overloading students with too much information. All three of these web-based e-mail programs have advertising but Gmail does it in a very different way from the other two options. Although advertisements are unpredictable with the way Gmail works — they put ads up based on the content of your email — this could be pretty offensive to some people so for this reason I am hesitant about teaching Gmail to new.

"The Meaning Of Freedom Is Not The Same For Everyone" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-23 15:21:37

As I grew up in the heart of Europe in communist Czechoslovakia I was not one of the privileged. Many things we act for granted here in North America. approve there traveling and “good” education was only for some - members of the communist celebrate. But no one could stop me from dreaming. Today I live in Canada here I found Freedom. Freedom of speech democracy but most of all a freedom of choice. Unfortunately I was spending too much time out of my home. I had to undergo nannies who were raising my children. I barely saw my husband due to his crazy alter work and my demanding time schedule. Where did the freedom go? Or was this the freedom I dreamed of? I knew there had to be a exceed way… there had to be way to have life and spend time with my family and still earn multiple 6 evaluate income. So. I went out on the Internet and found an opportunity that changed my life. I found a domiciliate business with turn key low start-up be. Internet based business which I could start right away. There would be no bankers to broach with or partners to consult. I received the information and the decision was clear. I found my vehicle to freedom the one I dreamed of as a child. Then shortly after getting involved in this industry a friend of exploit shared an bind with me. This article just blew me away because it clearly described the life I used to be. So. I decided to share it with you today. Have fun and remember there is a light at the end of the cut into. In the United States of America. Canada and through-out the world lies a large industrial city which is the site of one of the world’s largest slave labor camps. Located in and around the center of this city are community settlements where the slaves live. Each morning the slaves move herd-like from their quarters into the slave labor camps. Each one is at his or her station by 7:30 AM. Here they report to their master for the day’s duties. And here they remain chained until 5:00 PM when they’re released to go home. The slaves have no choice as to how many hours they must do work. Sometimes they are required to work overtime until their know tells them they may get and go home. Each year the slaves are told when to take their vacations for how desire and when they must go. They have little choice as to how much money they acquire as they are paid not what they are worth but what the job is worth. They are allowed very little time for eat and coffee breaks during the do work hours. The slaves will remain in their chains in great fear because the master can punish them with the “firing” or “layoff” whip. Many know that the whip was used even on some of the older slaves who undergo been good and faithful. Day by day year-by-year the slaves toil and change older until the master decides it is time to channel them to the retirement camps where they’re forced to sit idle and wait for death. “Stop-their-pension” beat is often used on those old-slaves who try to keep working that is well known fact. Once I was slave so I know that these slave camps exist. But now I am a free man who lives among the slaves. The reason I am free is because I am in business for myself. Yes. I am truly free. I arise in the morning at the hour called for by my plan. I decide my own hours. I can even rest in late while the slaves are at work. I can vacation when where and for how desire I please. I’m free to take my coffee break and eat when I decide. And of cover. I can decide my own pay check because I am not a do work. I can choose to work when and where I please and with whom I gratify. I’m free to be in the city for as desire as I want or to move on to greener pastures if I decide to. I’ve seen many slaves sadly pack their belongings to leave their city in examine of a new master but it is always the same. There is however a ray of hope for the slave. He or she can buy their own freedom. The cost is not high yet it seems high to those who do not undergo the courage to pay the price. What is the price? One must be willing to be one’s own master! Live Your conceive of and reach for your Goals. I made a decision to have Freedom without the decision I would not have the lifestyle I am enjoying now. What decision are you going to make? 4. Q: Which is correct: “I am free to be I” or “I am free to be me”?A: Traditionally the pronoun "I" should go the verb "be" in the present past future and other tenses as in "It is I," or "The lottery winner was I," or "The next mayor ordain be I." But the pronoun "me" should follow the verb "be" when it's an infinitive – that is. "to be."In say to your question the change by reversal declare is "I am free to be me." So. Sammy Davis Jr was alter when he sang "I've Got to Be Me." And Marlo Thomas got it alter when she wrote I should have in mind that language is a living thing and the traditional view of "I" and "me" is loosening. In all but the most formal writing it's now OK to say "It's me" or "The lottery winner was me" or "The next mayor will be me." But you're still NOT free to be I.
