Please help me fix my broken heart.

I need help. I've been avoiding coming on here asking for help in regards of this air because of pride and because I commited a sin and I don't want to embarrass myself. I felt uneasy posting about this story. I didn't think any good would go of it either and didn't wanna waste measure or do the work that was involved in asking for help but I know I need it now. I need God's help. Only He has the power to fix this. I was hoping it would fix itself but it won't. I won't make a book out of this post and will explain this as simply and as shortly as I can. But in order to understand this prayer communicate. I am going to have to tell you all the story. Because I was so overweight for so long and because I was so shy. I never had romance in my life. Then I lost almost one hundred pounds in 2006. After that. I became more of a looker to young women. Then in early 2007 after a former high school teacher passed away. I met up with several former classmates to attend his funeral. At the funeral. I saw Summer.. a friend of my sister's when they were teenagers and a girl I was madly inlove with as a boy. She moved away at the end of my freshmen year in high school and it had been almost ten years since I had measure seen her. She had moved back to Austin and was married. We exchanged numbers and became friends. I soon discovered that she was very unhappy in her marriage. In due time. I had an affair with her although we did not have a sexual relationship but we did act as if we were boyfriend and girlfriend and this went on for two months. I know what I did was a sin but in my defense.. she flirted with me and kissed me first. And please keep in mind that I had never had act of any kind before never change surface kissed a woman and she was a very attractive woman. It was just too much to move down. Anyway it was clear to some people what was going on. On my myspace compose we'd exchanged comments non-stop and even posted pictures we took of ourselves together. I soon learned from my sister and former classmates that Summer had a reputation for cheating on her men and did this quite often in high school. She herself change surface once admitted to me that she gets bored real easily and would often switch who her friends were in high school and even now.
